How To Make Own Shampoo

Here are some recipes for making your own shampoo at home.

Tip: To add your own custom scent to any of these recipes, mix 4-8 drops of an essential oil of your choice with one teaspoon of rubbing alcohol. Stir it into the soap mixture just after all the soap has dissolved.

Soothing Shampoo for a Dry, Itchy Scalp

3 bags of chamomile tea
3 bags of peppermint tea
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. liquid Castile soap
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Bring water to a boil. Steep all six tea bags for twenty minutes. Let tea cool to room temperature. Remove tea bags, then add liquid Castile soap and vegetable oil to the brewed tea and stir until blended. Massage generously into hair and scalp. Rinse well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Moisturizing Shampoo for Damaged Hair

1/4 cup of liquid Castile soap
1/4 cup of aloe vera gel
1 tsp. glycerin
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Apply liberally to wet hair and let sit a few minutes before rinsing well with cool water. Store in an airtight container at room temperature, and shake before every use.

Herbak Dandruff Shampoo

2 tbsp. rosemary (preferably fresh)
2 tbsp. thyme (preferably fresh)
2 tbsp. coconut flakes
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. of liquid Castile soap
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Bring water to a boil. Steep herbs and coconut flakes in boiling water for twenty minutes. Let cool to room temperature and strain the solids from the water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Apply generously to wet hair and massage into scalp before rinsing well with cool water. Store in an airtight container at room temperature

Sarong is a tubular piece of cloth that is wrapped, twisted or tied in various ways. It can be worn in many ways although the function of a sarong is as kilt for men or skirt for women. It also has multiple other uses, not least creating a sling to carry the baby.

The type of fabric and design of a sarong usually represents its region of origin. Some are made from silk and feature attractive embroidered designs or beading patterns, others from simple cotton.

Some local designers incorporate traditional of sarong textile patterns into more modern-looking clothing. The sarong is an essential part of the dress at traditional weddings or official events within traditional kingdoms or sultanates.

They are also worn by Muslim men at prayer. Nowadays, most sarongs are mass-produced by machine, but hand-woven pieces, traditionally made by women, still exist and are often regarded as works of art. Generally, the more complex the pattern the higher the price a given piece will fetch.

National Civics Bureau

On 19^th March my college make activities to go to National Civics Bureau (BTN) at Bukit Sagu, Kuantan, Pahang. BTN is an agency of the Malaysian goverbment in the Prime Minister's Department. It was established in 1974 as the Youth Research Unit (Unit Penyelidikan Belia) under the Youth Ministry, but was renamed and transferred in 1981. BTN's stated objective is to nurture the spirit of patriotism and commitment to excellence among Malaysians, and train leaders and future leaders to support the nation's development efforts.

For me, it was good effort from government to make people more love at Malaysia. In addition with program 1 Malaysia. At BTN, participated will get more information about Perlembagaan, Contract Social and history of Malaysia and independence of Malaysia. It also teaches us how to speak in larger or smaller group. We also watch movie ‘Hati Malaya’. For me it such a good movie to decrease racist in our people.

In this post I like to write about shoes. I addicted to shoes because for me it unique and sometime it can present our self. As we see in this future, shoes is not something that difficult to get. For example, famous brand that sell shoes is VINCCI, NIKE, NOSE, ADIDAS and many more. Several type of shoes are ankle boot, summer sandle, flat or skimmer, heel shoes, wedge shoes, athletic shoes, and slippers.

We can use heel shoes to go to function like dinner and it not suitable for wear it if we need to walk in the long period. This because of the biggest problem with high heeled shoes is that they are often hard to walk in, even with practise. They tend to focus the entire weight of the body onto the heels which makes balancing a lot more difficult. This also puts more of a strain on the legs and ankles and can result in aching muscles and sprains. Not to mention that they often become painful after a few hours or wearing and need to be removed due to rubbing on the foot. But, when I wear a heel shoes it increase my confident to walk and posture of body. In addition, leg also look more sexy.

Wedge shoes has unique quality. Even though it high, but it comfort to wear compare to heel shoes. It seem look like with heel shoes. For whom like to walk the best shoes is sandle or flat shoes. It not stylish or popular like heeled or wedge shoes but it has quality that heeled and wedge shoes will never beat. So, if u want to look stylish even u wear flat shoes u must make sure pick the fashionable colour.

For sport shoes, every single sport need different design of shoes. For example footballer need shoes that give motion of the foot, making it superbly flexible and supple which is very important that relies on your speed and quick turning. For squash sport, the shoes that player need is shoes that is cushioned and very responsive to get best game.

So, that is the several information that I can share with you all. Wear whatever you want or like. Sometimes it maybe not comfortable but it nice and maybe it not nice but comfortable. For me, I will choose nice rather than comfortable. :-)

Our body has many part of it. And any of it has their own function. At this post I want to share with you all about liver. let's check it out.

What is the Liver?

The liver is the largest glandular organ of the body. It weighs about 3 lb (1.36 kg). It is reddish brown in color and is divided into four lobes of unequal size and shape. The liver lies on the right side of the abdominal cavity beneath the diaphragm. Blood is carried to the liver via two large vessels called the hepatic artery and the portal vein. The heptic artery carries oxygen-rich blood from the aorta (a major vessel in the heart). The portal vein carries blood containing digested food from the small intestine. These blood vessels subdivide in the liver repeatedly, terminating in very small capillaries. Each capillary leads to a lobule. Liver tissue is composed of thousands of lobules, and each lobule is made up of hepatic cells, the basic metabolic cells of the liver.

What is its major function?

The liver has many functions. Some of the functions are: to produce substances that break down fats, convert glucose to glycogen, produce urea (the main substance of urine), make certain amino acids (the building blocks of proteins), filter harmful substances from the blood (such as alcohol), storage of vitamins and minerals (vitamins B, D, K and B12) and maintain a proper level or glucose in the blood. The liver is also responsible for producing cholesterol. It produces about 80% of the cholesterol in your body.

Diseases of the Liver

Several diseases states can affect the liver. Some of the diseases are Wilson's desease, hepatitis (an inflammation of the liver), liver cancer, and cirrhosis (a chronic inflammation that progresses ultimately to organ failure). Alcohol alters the metabolism of the liver, which can have overall detrimental effects if alcohol is taken over long periods of time.

Hemocharomatosis can cause liver problems.

Medications that negatively effect the liver

Medications have side effects that may harm your liver. Some of the medications that can damage your liver are: serzone, anti-cancer drugs (tagfur, MTX, and cytoxan), and medications used to treat diabetes.

Serzone is a prescription drug manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb for the treatment of depression.

The possible side effects of Serzone® are: agitation, dizziness, clumsiness or unsteadiness, difficulty concentrating, memory problems, confusion, severe nausea, gastroenteritis, abdominal pain, unusually dark urine, difficult or frequent urination, fainting, skin rash or hives yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice) or a prolonged loss of weight or loss of appetite.

If you or a family member have suffered serious side effects or a fatal injury after taking Serzone®, you or the family member may be eligible to file a claim against the manufacturer. You should contact an attorney that specializes in class action lawsuits immediately.

What is plastic surgery?

Just because the name includes the word "plastic" doesn't mean patients who have this surgery end up with a face full of fake stuff. The name isn't taken from the synthetic substance but from the Greek word plastikos, which means to form or mold (and which gives the material plastic its name as well).

Plastic surgery is a special type of surgery that can involve both a person's appearance and ability to function. Plastic surgeons strive to improve patients' appearance and self-image through both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.

Reconstructive procedures correct defects on the face or body. These include physical birth defects like cleft lips and palates and ear deformities, traumatic injuries like those from dog bites or burns, or the aftermath of disease treatments like rebuilding a woman's breast after surgery for breast cancer.
Cosmetic (also called aesthetic) procedures alter a part of the body that the person is not satisfied with. Common cosmetic procedures include making the breasts larger (augmentation mammoplasty) or smaller (reduction mammoplasty), reshaping the nose (rhinoplasty), and removing pockets of fat from specific spots on the body (liposuction). Some cosmetic procedures aren't even surgical in the way that most people think of surgery — that is, cutting and stitching. For example, the use of special lasers to remove unwanted hair and sanding skin to improve severe scarring are two such treatments.

What the disadvantage of plastic surgery?

Complications

One of the most obvious shortcomings of plastic surgery is the risk of complications. People with a sensitive body are most susceptible and vulnerable to infection from the surgery. Chances of something going wrong during or after the plastic surgery, in turn resulting in an infection, disease or illness, are very much there. Complications that lead to partial paralysis of the face or other body parts, abnormal heart rhythm, airway obstruction, blood clots, brain damage, heart attack, malignant hyperthermia, nerve damage, & stroke are also possible.

Possibility Of Death

Though rare, possibility of death cannot be ruled out during plastic surgery. Many-a-times the surgical process involves usage of chemicals and equipments that are not suitable for a person's body. Excessive bleeding, heart attack or even a drop in blood pressure, while the surgery is going on, are some of the factors that might lead to death of the patient.

Imperfect Results

The case of 'revision' i.e. getting back the old look has become a common phenomenon in the present times. This is mainly because the result of the plastic surgery might not turn according to your desires. As a result, more and more patients are undergoing revision, after the surgery, to get back their original look.

Costly

Though it might look all too nice to get a plastic surgery done - permanently changing the form or appearance of your body part, the process is not viable for all. Plastic surgeries usually cost a fortune and cannot be availed by everyone. Its usage is limited to those belonging to the high echelons of the society.

Slow Healing

Plastic surgery does not get over with the surgery alone. The patient has to undergo days or months of healing process. Sometimes, the wound takes forever to heal. The speed of healing may vary from person to person. Age, skin type, immune system and sticking to doctor's advice are some of the factors that determine the healing speed after the plastic surgery.

Addiction

Believe it or not, plastic surgery has the potential to become an addiction. Some people who undergo it become enamored with the aftermath and look forward to a change in each and every part of their body. As such, plastic surgery becomes an obsession for them, rather than just a means of altering a body part.

Colour in Our Life

First topic that I like to share with you all is about colour. Colour is everywhere in our daily life. I can't imagine how dull and bored my life without colour. Colour can effect our life and sometimes colour is emotional, it evokes our feelings. Below is some conditions that relate to colour.

1. Hot.
-Hot refers to red in full saturation on the colour wheel; this is red at its strongest. Hot colour project outward and attract attention. Futhermore, hot colours are strong and aggressive and seem to vibrate within their own space. The power of hot colours affects people in many ways, such as increasing blood pressure and stimulating the nervous system.

2. Cold.
-Cold is fully saturated blue. At its brightest it is dominating and strong. Cold colors remind us of ice and snow. The feelings generated by cold colours are the direct opposite of those generated by hot colours; cold blue slows the metabolism and increase one's sense of calm.

3. Warm.
-All hues that contain red are warm. It is the addition of yellow to red that makes warm colour substantially different from hot colours. Warm colours, such as red-orange, orange, and yellow-orange, always contain a mixture of red and yellow in their composition and encompass a larger part of the emotional spectrum. Warm colours always represent comforting, spontaneous and welcoming.

4. Cool.
-Cool colour is based in blue. Cool colour such as turquoise blue and verdant green, are seen in nature. Like spring growth, they make us feel renewed. Soothing and calm, these hues provide a sense of depth as well as comfort. So, for whom that fell angry or exasperate I suggest to look at sky, or things that in blue colour. With that I hope it can decrease your feel.

5. Bright.
-The clarity of bright colours is achieved by the omission of gray or black. Blues, reds, yellows, and oranges are colours in full brightness. Brigh colours are vivid and attract attention. A yellow school bus, a bunch of coloured balloons, a red of clown's nose, never go unnoticed. Exhilarating and cheerful, bright colours are perfect for use in packaging, fashion and advertising to attract people.

6. Welcoming.
-Colour combinations using yellow-orange or amber are the most welcoming. A monochromatic colour scheme of saffron used with white is one of classic beauty and is very inviting. This hue can be used in a variety of applications that call for creamy tints to express festive and cordial environments.

7. Romantic.
-Pink suggest romance. Pink is white added to red in varying amounts and is the lightened value of red. Like red, pink arouses interest and excitement, but in a softer, quieter way. A
romantic colour scheme using pastel tints of pink, lavender, and peach will read as gentle and tender. I guess that's the reason why many couple like to give their partner pink rose to show how romantic they are.

8. Magical.
-Elements of surprise and magic are often associated with violet. By itself, violet conveys its own unpredictable personality. With its secondary partners, orange and green, violet in any tint or shade becomes part of an exciting team, which is slightly offbeat. In fashion, it is considered an immature colour and is used to bridge the gap between child and adult.

9. Professional.
-In the world of the business professional, colour is evaluated with scrutiny. In fashion, the word "professional" has come to mean grays and tonal blacks because these colours lack personal characteristics and truly neutral. Gray is unexciting but practical. It sends a sober message, with a minimum of humor.

10. Fresh.
-Possessing equal amounts of blue and yellow, green suggests health and prosperity. Although weak in it's softest tints, green, a recessive hue, only needs to be combined with small amounts of its strong compliment, red, to increase it's vitality. Like newly mowed grass on a clear days, sky blue and green always look fresh and natural together.

11. Tropical.
-Tropical hues on the colour wheel always include turquoise. Staying with the lightest tints of the blue-green family will increase the feeling and message of tranquility. Like flowers in nature, these colour schemes enhance any setting and create a serene and stress-free feeling. So, when we fell stress in our work or study try to take time and go some place that have many trees.

12. Dependable.
-One of the most widely accepted hues is navy blue. Combinations using this colour are interpreted as dependable and reliable. They also carry an undeniable and reliable. They also carry an undeniable message of authority. Police officers, naval officers, and court officers wear colour combinations that include deep, secure navy blue in order to command authority through their appearance.

13. Classic.
-Classic colour combinations are indicative of strength and authority. Intense royal blue is the centerpiece of any classic grouping of colours. It stands out, even when combined with other hues. Classic combinations imply truth, responsibility, and trust. Because of its proximity to green, royal blue evokes a sense of continuity, stability and strength.
